Shipping Policy

BREES EMPIRE HQ products are custom/pre-order items unless stated otherwise. Because these are custom orders, please allow 7 to 15 business days for production before your order ships.

Production time does not include shipping time. Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through FedEx.

FedEx shipping time is usually 4 to 5 business days max after the order has been produced and picked up by the carrier.

Total Estimated Timeframe

Please allow:

Production Time: 7–15 business days
Shipping Time: 4–5 business days max
Total Estimated Time: 11–20 business days

Important Shipping Notes

BREES EMPIRE HQ is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, high-volume seasons, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at breesfashioninc@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, BREES EMPIRE HQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact FedEx directly using their tracking number for delivery updates.
