Refund policy

BREES EMPIRE HQ wants every customer to feel confident shopping with us.

 

Please read our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags/packaging still attached.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • VIP exclusive bundles
  • Hair products, wigs, bundles, or lace items once opened, worn, altered, or installed
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging

To request a return, customers must email breesfashioninc@gmail.com with their order number, name, item name, and reason for return.

If the return is approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Processing and shipping times may vary. BREES EMPIRE HQ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
